About Beer Yoga

Starting in June, join us the last Friday of every month at 6:15 pm for Beer Yoga! Beer Yoga combines drinking beer (or a cooler/cider) with traditional yoga poses in a fun and engaging environment. BierYoga may describe this combination best, stating “BeerYoga is the marriage of two great loves – beer and yoga. Both are centuries-old therapies for body, mind and soul.
